Description and use
Hibiscus tea can be either hot or cold infused. Take a generous dessert spoon or two of the flowers and steep them in hot or cold water.
If using cold water, then this should be steeped overnight.
The tiny trails of red flooding into the cold water in a glass jar are a visual treat to behold.

Take 3 x 500ml cups of hibiscus per day.
It is a mild diuretic!
