Product Guarantee

Zenian Organic provides a 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied. Or a 200% guarantee of other Zenian products at your option

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the unused portion of the product within 21 days of receipt thereof and we will provide you with a prompt refund.

You will need to pay to return the product to us to our address at 39 Lemon St New Plymouth 4310.

Returns Process

Please follow this process for return:

1. Contact Zenian Organic by phone 06 759 7478 or by e-mail ian@zenian.co.nz  and advise that you will be returning the product.
2. Send trhe securely wrapped item by courier or post to 39 Lemon St, New Plymouth 4310
3. Zenian Organic will either direct credit the money owed to your bank account, or send you out product of your choice to your nominated address

Shipping and delivery

We disptach on the day the order is received up until 1.00pm in any standard working day Mon-Fri .

If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be dispatched the next business day.

We use PBT Couriers www.pbt.com  and their associates for delivery inside New Zealand. A signature or name will be obtained as proof of delivery on all consignments. Goods will not be left at an unattended address unless authorised by the recipient at the time of purchase.

Authority to leave unattended can be authorised through the Special Instructions field at the time of confirmation of purchase.

Please note that couriers will not deliver to a Post Office box. You must provide a physical address.

Freight free policy

Goods ordered over the value of $35.00 NZD are freight free

Breakages and other loss

All breakages must be notified as soon as practically possible to 06 759 7478 or by e-mail to admin@zenian.co.nz

While not always practicable, we do encourage customers to open and check their goods on receiving them.

Once the parcel has been signed for, we do not accept any claim for loss for any reason other than damage.
